Primary Home Care Program
The state-funded program is provided to qualified adults whose health problems cause them to be functionally limited in performing daily activities, according to a statement of medical need.
Primary Home Care agencies provide clients with a nontechnical and nonmedical personal care attendant to assist with tasks that help keep them safe and independent in their homes or the community.
